Mediocre. More than other places, your success will depend on whether you end up with a good territory and a good management team. They frequently promote from within but do not train new managers/RDs HOW to manage. As many know, being a rep and managing a team of reps are two very different skill sets. So if you end up with a good reporting chain and a good territory, then you may enjoy it . Good luck

I got to learn a lot at Confluent and had the opportunity to be promoted from an SDR. The new incentive structure is having some growing pains with people smashing quota or not even close on their consumption.
