I got to learn a lot at Confluent and had the opportunity to be promoted from an SDR. The new incentive structure is having some growing pains with people smashing quota or not even close on their consumption.

Lots of turnover within leadership. Very political environment. Leadership has to like you to do well here. The product is great but the expectations and new comp plan aren’t realistic
