AEs are laid off one month before close large deals in Q4 that would make them achieve 100% quota. Clearly the company is avoiding paying the commission based on this unfair play.

Current Employee2.9May 10, 2024Company are on the run to get sold or back on IPO track, high focus to renewals but no real idea of New customers. No Marketing support no Leads no SE attached. From management they think that this is the place to be and if you like that Idea your are good if not... but you are fighting against the whole IT market outside with no brandawareness.
