Current Employee4.0Jun 4, 2024So far the BDR role seems to avoid a lot of the drama coming from the overall sales org. Enterprise is pretty slow moving, but that's where a lot of focus is from the top, so there's more pressure there to hit quota. Downsides: base pay and overall comp structure is kinda crap.
