Current Employee The majority of managers I have in the past two years are great. You hope you end up with a director/manager who takes C-suite BS and waters it down to something palatable. Quota this year is all over the board especially for BDR/SDR peers. I would happily work with any sales team/director here but the room to move up, have a somewhat attainable quota, and fair evaluation process is difficult on any team. Hard to say who has decision power when directors don't always get their way with hiring those they want or product positioning. Solid product but difficult to wrap your head around both that and the market you will sell into. Training last year existed, this year it's a free for all.
I can't say I would recommend working here. However, not sure it gets better at other organizations?
