Now they are moving towards a more rigid corporate culture. Also, the new incentive compensation for SDRs/BDRs is very poor. There has been significant attrition for SDRs/BDRs recently because of the change in compensation and culture.

You hope you end up with a director/manager who takes C-suite BS and waters it down to something palatable. Quota this year is all over the board especially for BDR/SDR peers.
