Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall, this is a friendly company but the leadership isn't empowered at all. Execs don't know if they're coming or going, are not excited about the company or growth. There are several strong sales leaders who have stuck with the company through many changes but the Execs refuse to promote from within, so their careers have stagnated - with several holding the same roles for 4-5 years then the company hires people with less experience who have higher titles from outside, which erodes trust, slows growth, and debases the entire sales team. They eliminated the business development reps in a RIF last year then cut half the sales team and lowered quotas without adjusting compensation, effectively giving everyone a cut in pay. They go through sales VPs faster than anything I've ever seen, and take forever to hire the replacements, each time sticking the Chief business officer in charge of sales, causing sales to slump due to poor leadership as he tries to optimize the sales dept budget by cutting useful tools out. The product is stale, uninspired and low-value compared to newer competitors, making it hard to sell without lying. Top reps quit. Limited pay and no upward mobility Browse Other Reviews
