Deliverect has some leadership challenges and will tell you you’ll hit quota but will make your targets unachievable and won’t give you the tools to help you reach them.

Culture and product are what drive the success of this organization. It has been incredible to watch them grow into an industry leader with a very solid management team. Although compensation is lower compared to other companies, you see most leavers try and return.
