A decent launchpad to enter the world of tech-sales. Most deals in SMB are highly transactional as you sell into restaurants (family-owned, mom and pop, etc). Compensation plan really needs a ramp-up. Base and commission is below market average if not at par.

Deliverect has some leadership challenges and will tell you you’ll hit quota but will make your targets unachievable and won’t give you the tools to help you reach them.
