Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was mediocre at best. The first couple weeks of training were promising and then it was downhill from there. You start to notice how little reps are actually hitting their numbers and leadership puts different targets in front of you every other week. No maintained focus or assistance in getting everyone to hit. The product is lacking key components to stay competitive. Instead of improvements, they continue to layoff the UX team. They pay structure is also like nothing I've ever seen before. You only get paid when the accounts you sell go live and you get a flat rate, not a percentage to your goal. You have to hit 60% of your goal to get paid on the accounts that go live that month. For example, you hit 100% in January, all of those accounts go live in February but you come in at 55%, you don't get paid for any of them. You also don't get residuals for the size of account you sell. They could process 2K/month or 50K/month and it's the same pay. Browse Other Reviews
