Absolutely abhorrent leadership. Company canceled presidents club after everyone qualified, with no justifiable explanation. VP of sales is a 🤡 who has no idea how to run an org. They create policies that drive all of their top performers to leave the company. There is no future here.

Overall experience was challenging. As a front line manager the ever changing KPIs, Goals, and Commission structure made it very difficult to perform.
