Rather than address issues with Product Market Fit, such as pricing structure or missing features, leadership blamed reps for not hitting activity goals. They then shifted said goals beyond what was reasonable for sellers and put all but a handful of sellers on performance plans.

Absolutely abhorrent leadership. Company canceled presidents club after everyone qualified, with no justifiable explanation. VP of sales is a 🤡 who has no idea how to run an org. They create policies that drive all of their top performers to leave the company. There is no future here.

Overall, this is a friendly company but the leadership isn't empowered at all. Execs don't know if they're coming or going, are not excited about the company or growth.
