Former Employee1.7Jul 25, 2024The company is a typical SaaS company. Trying to build the plane while in air. The problem is they sacrificed a lot of talented individuals during the process. The "turn around" team that they brought in has been struggling and the writing is on the wall. RUN!!!

They then shifted said goals beyond what was reasonable for sellers and put all but a handful of sellers on performance plans.
