The people at ChowNow are great. Sales training is way behind the current market. The product used to be innovative but has not developed much in the last few years and the market has caught up and surpassed ChowNow in many areas. Sales leadership does what they can to help the team, but the space is super crowded and not a ton of demand for the product. I still believe it is a useful product, but only for a small segment of restaurants. The bottom line, it's hard to sell, marketing leads are thin.

Overall, this is a friendly company but the leadership isn't empowered at all. Execs don't know if they're coming or going, are not excited about the company or growth. The company is a typical SaaS company. Trying to build the plane while in air. The problem is they sacrificed a lot of talented individuals during the process. The "turn around" team that they brought in has been struggling and the writing is on the wall. RUN!!!
