The people at Certinia are amazing and so are most of the managers. This is why I stay. People used to make way more money when comp plans were better, around 2019 or so. Average product Good teammates and first line sales leadership Absolutely clueless and incompetent executives and owners Worst of the bunch is Sales Ops Cannot design territories quotas to save their lives PE owners parachute in to put pour gasoline on a dumpster fire Run in the other direction
