The people at Certinia are amazing and so are most of the managers. This is why I stay. People used to make way more money when comp plans were better, around 2019 or so. Now, leadership and sales operations do not seem to understand that in mid market here, the average sales rep for net new business only closes about 2 net new logos. This is because the company also overhired in 2021. Because of this, they are slowly downsizing.

I was there in the original founder/CEO era and the culture was great, however things changed over time.

Awful leadership. Growing pains. You're making 3 cents to the dollar. They will never acknowledge layoffs. Severance is not a thing. No transparency.
