I worked there during two massive company name and structure changes, which were disruptive. Some very good and technical people and decent Telco solutions at hand, but in a highly competitive and increasingly commoditised marketplace.

Experience has been good. Executive team is top notch. Mid level VPs and Directors have some opportunity for improvement. Quota and incentive comp is decent but bucket minimum requirements mean you only end up getting paid at 100% to at risk even if you sold 200% to quota MRC.
