Experience has been good. Executive team is top notch. Mid level VPs and Directors have some opportunity for improvement. Quota and incentive comp is decent but bucket minimum requirements mean you only end up getting paid at 100% to at risk even if you sold 200% to quota MRC.

Large corporations often have many tools, systems and process. And that is the same here, lots of opportunities but have to get support and a good account deck.

Really depends on the market you are in or support—each GM manages differently but as an overlay/specialist we were shielded from a lot of layoffs and leadership coming down hard on you.
