This organization is not sales friendly the SE’s put sales in the passenger seat. Avoid drinking the koolaid from recruiters. Enron had more integrity.

Pure hunting job, all cold calling and sales cycle takes 12-24 months. Very few reps hitting quota. If hits, make any commission is a nightmare because of internal processes.
