Good company to work for. Growth has slowed in the last 6 months. But on average I’ve taken home over 100k per year after tax.

Celonis is NOT a sales culture, very few make it and they laid of several that did make it. Sr Leadership micromanages and has no respect for the sales team

Enterprise Accounts was a very unstable market segment. I had 5 new territories in 2 years. Reorganizations were out-of-control. But comp package was crazy lucrative.
