CSA seems to be a good company moving forward. But as BDR just expect to never grow and to severely underpaid. Unfortunately this is just a good starting point and nothing else. Do not expect to be promoted to AE because it simply won’t happen. They also laid off 95% of the BDR dept randomly not sure if there will ever bring it back the same way it was.

Was good company, had management that were helpful and provided great work life balance

This copier company is good at copier sales/service. Internal processes are clunky and majority of time is not spent selling. Not a software company despite what leadership says. Growth is limited in a dwindling industry.
