My overall experience at CDW is great. I genuinely like my manager; he's very helpful and doesn't micro-manage. The salary is on the low end, but the bonuses are great every month. I've been with CDW for over 4.5 years

Overall a very positive experience, working at CDW is truly been a life changing thing for me and the relationships I’ve forged since I started I wouldn’t replace with anything

CDW is a great company to work for if you're looking for job security. You lose upside with them, but your floor is relatively high. They're also not going to fire you for not hitting your numbers
