Poor accounts Low inflow of marketing leads Flat targets for all territories irrespective of potential Always after AEs for new business, upgrade, renewal, adoption. Everything has to be done by AEs despite dedicated CSMs , bdrs and renewal reps

Not a single enterprise AE hit quota last year. Most reps weren’t anywhere close. Indian culture. Company is built on mid market motion & has no idea how to scale in the enterprise. No resources being put behind American enterprise AE’s. Nobody gets anywhere close to their OTE

Good product but nobody comes close to hitting quota here. Company needs to figure out how to scale enterprise teams
