Indian-based company with 0 experience selling into US Enterprise Customers. No support for US based team.

Not a single enterprise AE hit quota last year. Most reps weren’t anywhere close. Indian culture. Company is built on mid market motion & has no idea how to scale in the enterprise. No resources being put behind American enterprise AE’s. Nobody gets anywhere close to their OTE
