great product, great company, lead flow can be very lop sided. Some reps will get 500k-1m inbound opportunities that will carry them to goal and other reps will be prospecting their tails off as AEs just to scrape the bottom of the barrel.

If you’ve ever read that they hand pick a few reps that get special treatment it’s true. Management lies to every other reps face about fairness and how things will change but have not at all. Very hard to succeed in todays market unless you are 1 of the 4 favorites.
