Braze sits in a saturated and complex space, with many products doing the very same. There is a tremendous amount of opportunity if you land a B2C organization but these sales cycles will take 12+ months. The organisations has it's politics and sales leadership is lacking in leadership training and development, especially within Enterprise sales. With more contract consolidation on the horizon, be on the look out for longer sales cycles, more intense legal negotiations and downward pressure on total deal size.

If you’ve ever read that they hand pick a few reps that get special treatment it’s true. Management lies to every other reps face about fairness and how things will change but have not at all. Very hard to succeed in todays market unless you are 1 of the 4 favorites.
