Box is a good place to be. However it is hard to hit quota and even if you do and exceed quota it is still not likely that you will go to club or get a promotion

High OTEs, but low attainment at the enterprise level. Leadership changes have turned org into a pressure cooker. Amazing CEO. Low inbound leads/deal flow.

The biggest downfall to Box is their leadership and sales leadership. Your peers are generally good to work with and most other employees are enjoyable. You can make a lot of money if you are at the top with a decent territory. Be prepared for PIP and silent firing.
