Lead gen org (SDR and OBR positions) is great at Box. Easy enough to hit and pass quota and they make sure you know the product well. AE's and managers are generally very supportive and easy to work with. Culture is top top tier. For SMB AEs, no one is hitting quota. Maybe 2 or 3 reps on the east team (out of 20+ reps) hit. They are trying to make changes this year and going into our new year, but no improvement has been seen yet.

Box was a good company with a good product. Box exposes you to many industries and have the support you need to close

Box is an incredible company to work for. Leadership is great and always willing to help a hand. Product fit is very good an trending in the right direction. Aaron is the man. Overall I'd highly recommend considering Box if you're on the job hunt.
