Box has a tremendous company culture and core values that they truly believe in, not just lip service. I personally experienced how a company, under the right leadership, can care about the personal well-being of an employee during a challenging personal crisis.

Overall has been a great place to work. Culture is a strong point, product fit is a bit of a weaker one. The product is good, but a lot of companies see it as only a way to send files and folders. I’d recommend Box.

The culture is great and the company is driving huge innovation that will impact things in a year or two for the better. Almost all of the new revenue comes from existing customers so your territory is a huge factor in your success.
