No collaboration, other departments blamed for lack of sales accountability, no sales strategy from leadership. No account planning. Seems to be a travel show by the ELT who deliver no vision no direction. Definite nose dive since leaving Dell.

Former Employee2.7Nov 27, 2024Not great not bad, so many changes to the Commercial org within the first year along with constant changes in leadership make it hard to keep focused. Not too many reps hitting quota or near hitting quota along a rolling 30 window of reps getting PIP'd.
