Blackbaud is a great company to get started with but they pay infamously low compared to other SaaS companies. They want you to be an SDR/BDR and an AE. There is low inbound leads, I generated 85% of my leads and didn't make enough money to spend all of my time on the phones. If you have an offer anywhere else, take it.

If you learned to game the system, you used to be able to make a lot of money. Unfortunately, KPI's, red tape, and angry customers take up 75-85% of your time. Targets shifted constantly. Misogynistic culture esp through management. If you don't drink - not the place for you.

The product is great, but over priced. The training is great, but leadership is average. The company culture is ok.
