Overall Birdeye supplies a great deal of training and empowerment to employees, although the base pay and benefits are on the low end I felt that things went rather smooth.

overall a good experience. When sales are down, management gets a bit micromanagy and tries to control everything. They are obsessed with email outreach and overthink it at every turn. But mostly a good experience. They give you the tools to hit your quota. Up to you to make it happen. I hit quota almost every single month.
