overall a good experience. When sales are down, management gets a bit micromanagy and tries to control everything. They are obsessed with email outreach and overthink it at every turn. But mostly a good experience. They give you the tools to hit your quota. Up to you to make it happen. I hit quota almost every single month.

Like all high-growth companies working at Birdeye comes with its challenges although I have had a great experience to date and am really excited for the future. We have the best product in the market and are have backup from a world class marketing team. Sales Leadership has been really good at taking on feedback over recent months and implementing positive changes.
