They treat the sales team like an inbound call center. Absurd metrics and minimal support. Rapidly changing processes that rarely aid the sales cycle. The platform's different products are all individual commodities but rarely does a larger business want all of the products.

Role was good for a while. More recent changes in upper management has led to more micro-managing reps and made it a miserable place to work. Leads are bad quality for most reps if you aren’t a company favorite at the time, and you can fall from their graces quick and find yourself with lots of “just browsing” or non A leads.
