Lots of senior leadership changes within the sales org. Assigned book of business requires a lot of research to understand who the best accounts are to prospect. Shifting marketing priorities and initiatives that seem to be experimental. Great product and passionate product marketing but very few reps are consistently hitting their targets.

Good experience so far. It’s a great product market fit and the people you work with want you to be successful. Change is constant but nothing too crazy from any other past tech companies I’ve worked for

4-9 locations and up to $50mil revenue, not much opportunity and we were pushed aggressively to hit monthly numbers, 10-20% quota hits every month. 0% annual quota hits. This is across ~20 reps. Sales reps are responsible for everything and receive little support Fun people, yet an aggressive culture that can be cutthroat
