Lots of senior leadership changes within the sales org. Assigned book of business requires a lot of research to understand who the best accounts are to prospect. Shifting marketing priorities and initiatives that seem to be experimental. Great product and passionate product marketing but very few reps are consistently hitting their targets.

Role was good for a while. More recent changes in upper management has led to more micro-managing reps and made it a miserable place to work. Leads are bad quality for most reps if you aren’t a company favorite at the time, and you can fall from their graces quick and find yourself with lots of “just browsing” or non A leads.
