Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Role was good for a while. More recent changes in upper management has led to more micro-managing reps and made it a miserable place to work. Leads are bad quality for most reps if you aren’t a company favorite at the time, and you can fall from their graces quick and find yourself with lots of “just browsing” or non A leads. SDR passes were promised during interview and have since been removed and only given to a select few on the SDR team.
Upper management treats everything like experiments and doesn’t care how it affects their employees.
