By far the worst professional experience I've had to date. An embarrassment of an organisation. There is a reason why the average tenure is between 6-9 months. They don't even give you company laptops because the turnover is so high. I've never seen micro management like it. The wolf of wall street sales approach is so outdated. Was a numbers game as the product offering was very average and the accounts you were talking to were extremely poor. Didn't know what a toxic culture and toxic leadership really meant until this. Unfortunately I don't have one positive thing to say about this organisation and warn anyone who is considering about joining this shambles of an organisation.

Boiler room setup, ridiculous pyramid commission structure, questionable sales tactics that are forced down your throat and very questionable product.

Going through some organizational restructuring that has created some challenges for both managers and employees over the past year. Once they iron these changes out, I think they can get back on track to being a great company to work for again.
