Good experience so far. It’s a great product market fit and the people you work with want you to be successful. Change is constant but nothing too crazy from any other past tech companies I’ve worked for

Surrounded by great people who are struggling to make a living. Quota attainment is extremely low, and leadership doesn't seem to have many answers.

the company is falling apart and the leadership is always leaving the company and the reps never last more then 7 months cause it is so hard to get by on a very low Base salary and since leadership is always leaving make it really hard to actually hit quota, unless youre getting a ton of BDR/SDR sets
