the company is falling apart and the leadership is always leaving the company and the reps never last more then 7 months cause it is so hard to get by on a very low Base salary and since leadership is always leaving make it really hard to actually hit quota, unless youre getting a ton of BDR/SDR sets

Birdeye has gone through a lot of organizational changes but this is the first sales role in which I have felt secure that the org wants us to be successful. Unlimited PTO and the possibility to make great money with good work/life balance makes me happy here.
