My overall experience was good. There is a market for the product and hence it's easy to sell. Plenty of training from sales enablement and resources to use like case studies. Supportive community.

Birdeye has gone through a lot of organizational changes but this is the first sales role in which I have felt secure that the org wants us to be successful. Unlimited PTO and the possibility to make great money with good work/life balance makes me happy here.

what started off as a beautiful experience turned into a nightmare. amazing product, terrible management and leadership. Culture is not ideal and you will be put on a PIP quicker than they give you praise
