Current Employee4.0Jun 22, 2023Birdeye has gone through a lot of organizational changes but this is the first sales role in which I have felt secure that the org wants us to be successful. Unlimited PTO and the possibility to make great money with good work/life balance makes me happy here.

Leads are bad quality for most reps if you aren’t a company favorite at the time, and you can fall from their graces quick and find yourself with lots of “just browsing” or non A leads.
