BILL is a product market leader. Internal system and tools need a lot of work. Working with our data is extremely hard and is a day to day manual process. The output for the client is great, we just haven't streamlined our internal operations well.

BILL has gone down hill. I worked at Divvy before the acquisition and that was the pride of Utah. After the acquisition things were going well up until 9 months ago. New leadership came in, quotas were changed mid-month and end of month. Even after negative engagement surveys nothing changed
