Former Employee I worked at BILL as an account manager during the migration of merging both Divvy and BILL. Looking back now, I realize it wasn’t too bad, but it wasn’t great. I’ve heard things have gotten better since I’ve left. Quota was challenging but attainable for most of the team and me. Leadership was new and externally hired, but they were decent. I think my biggest complaint was all the changes that happened from week to week and the low base salary and overly complicated compensation structure. Browse Other Reviews
