Some really good leadership at the RVP and AVP level, but that was completely overshadowed by a new CRO that tanked morale, failed with his go to market strategy, over-hired in territories that did not need it, and ultimately caused folks to lose faith in the company. That combined with a slowing economy and no leadership from the C-level folks to recognize the ongoing issues within the sales org, well, that just caused the company to let go almost 20% of workforce. Definitely not the place that it used to be!

MSE leadership is very passionate about stalling the careers of at least a dozen SDRs since coming to BigPanda. Numerous SDRs have left the company despite hitting quota for two years to find better opportunities elsewhere. Culture is terrible, AE alignment lacks accountability, wouldn’t recommend the SDR role at BigPanda to my worst enemy.
