Some really good leadership at the RVP and AVP level, but that was completely overshadowed by a new CRO that tanked morale, failed with his go to market strategy, over-hired in territories that did not need it, and ultimately caused folks to lose faith in the company. When I was there, the company had great leadership. Then, many of the great leaders left, replaced by a questionable CRO. However, the CRO has been replaced, and the company is back to having a good culture.
