When I was there, the company had great leadership. Then, many of the great leaders left, replaced by a questionable CRO. However, the CRO has been replaced, and the company is back to having a good culture.

Overall experience has been positive. The people in sales and supporting orgs are some of the most talented and driven that I have worked with. Most of the challenges are attributed to AIOps being a new and confusing space for many prospects, but BigPanda is the unquestioned leader in the space.
