Lost. Bought dying piece of G2 spend management. Come to find out no one use it and doesnt like the product. Trying to sell the core stuff but even that is outdated and has become table stakes for a lot of other vendors.

The company started off strong, but failed to adapt to the changing market landscape. Leadership was high off their own supply and refused to make acquisitions or change direction until the entire company was already laid off due missing targets (by alot) 3 quarters in a row.

My experience as an Account Executive at BetterCloud was horrible, to say the least. After firing their original AE team for underproducing, they hired many AEs to pick up the pieces and build pipeline. Turns out the product is not a market fit and is extremely costly. layoffs pretty consistently every 2-3 months for the past year. Laid off every BDR, every SE and every AE except 6. AEs will now have to do all the outbounding and run the demos
