People are nice, it’s an oddly a mix of some very smart people however this isn’t remotely utilised in the right way. Solid product, good marketing, cheap solution. Bad leadership, they were unsure of where to penetrate the market. CEO was the major problem at the organization, he was your "visionary that doesn't understand sales". Sinking ship with lots of layoffs in the last 3 months, not sure what is happening in 2023 with the company.

The people are friendly, they have made some decisions when they needed to at the leadership level. The targets are too high for a business with a low average ARR per deal.
