Many ups and downs. No real path for meaningful career progression, even for the top performers. Unrealistic quotas. Minimal guidance or help from management, especially when putting people on PIPs. My time at Novisto has been interesting. The sustainability industry is trendy right now and there is some hype around the potential growth in demand, although it's still dependent on future regulations.
