Minimal guidance or help from management, especially when putting people on PIPs. They just tell people which number they need to hit by the end of the month or risk termination and expect you to hit it without providing any plan. C-suite, Executives, AEs, and many more have either left or gotten fired in the last year for a variety of reasons. Warning signs have been ringing since late 2023.
They have a lot of good qualities, like flexibility, a culture of open discussion, and giving people room to try things. But they've been in a very chaotic state because of a tough market and management desperate to correct course. Browse Other Reviews
